SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICES We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All descriptions of products or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. The prices indicated for the offered products and services are in Euros (€), include VAT, and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT An agreement is only established after the acceptance of your order by Felitchi Cuero. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment can be made via the methods indicated during the ordering process.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Indicated delivery times are merely indicative. Exceeding any delivery deadline does not entitle you to compensation, nor the right to cancel your order or terminate the agreement. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you at the moment the products are delivered to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS Your purchase is subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which details your 14-day Right of Free Resolution, as well as our 30-day commercial policy. Please consult the return policy for complete information.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that apply to the products and content provided by Felitchi Cuero. SECTION 9 – WARRANTY AND CLAIMS Warranty: Our warranty is limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the warranty in case of consumer sales, both provided for in the Portuguese Civil Code. We are only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Claims: To be admissible, claims must reach us in writing:

(a) In case of a claim for non-conforming delivery, within 8 days after delivery. (b) In case of hidden defects, within 8 days after the discovery of the defect. You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products conform to the agreement.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Felitchi Cuero, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. We are not responsible for communication failures, delays, or improper receipt of orders resulting from the use of the Internet, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.

SECTION 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. All disputes between the parties shall preferably be submitted to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers.
