At Felitchi Cuero, we are dedicated to ensuring your handcrafted item arrives safely and promptly; all orders are shipped from Portugal.

Below you will find details about our shipping destinations, associated costs, and estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped;

Currently, we ship our Felitchi Cuero bags to the following destinations:

Portugal (Mainland and Islands);
Spain (Peninsula and Islands);
Rest of the European Union (EU);
Switzerland .

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on your order's destination. To ensure accurate information, the exact cost will be calculated at checkout after you fill in your delivery details. You can select the shipping method that best suits your needs at this stage.

Our shipping costs are fixed per zone, guaranteeing safe and careful delivery of your item.

Portugal (Mainland and Islands): €6.50;
Spain (Peninsula and Islands): €6.50;
Rest of the European Union (EU): €25;
Switzerland: €25.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, after you enter your address and before you complete the payment.

At Felitchi Cuero, our goal is for you to receive your item as quickly as possible.

All orders are prepared manually and shipped from Portugal, so we try to ship your order within a maximum of 48 business hours after you make your purchase.

The estimated delivery times below begin after the shipping confirmation email:

Mainland Portugal: 2 business days;
Portugal - Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 business days;
Spain (Peninsula and Islands): 2-3 business days;
Rest of the European Union (EU): 3 or more working days (depending on the destination);
Switzerland: 3 or more business days (depending on the destination).

We want you to follow your piece Felitchi Cuero throughout its entire journey.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us; this email will include a tracking number that will allow you to track the status and location of your delivery in real time.

Orders within the European Union (EU):
For all destinations within the EU (including Portugal and Spain), the final price shown at checkout already includes applicable VAT. There will be no additional payment or fee upon delivery.

Orders from outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland):
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Felitchi Cuero has no control over these fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities for detailed information before finalizing your order.
